Terms of Service

1. What BTNOMB Cleanroom Does
BTNOMB Cleanroom rebuilds open source packages from scratch using only their public documentation and specifications. No original source code is read, copied, or incorporated. Each rebuild is an independent AI-generated implementation designed to fulfill the documented public API of the original package.
2. Payment & Credits
Credits are purchased in advance and redeemed one-per-rebuild. All credit purchases are final — credits are non-refundable once bought. Credits do not expire and may be used at any time.
Payments may be made via USDC on the Base network (chain ID 8453) or other payment methods we make available. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. BTNOMB is not responsible for tokens sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network.
3. No Warranty
Rebuilt packages are provided as-is. We make no guarantees of API compatibility, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of rebuilt packages in production environments is entirely at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
BTNOMB and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of rebuilt packages or the BTNOMB Cleanroom service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not submit proprietary, confidential, or third-party licensed code for rebuilding. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the BTNOMB Cleanroom pipeline. Use of this service to infringe intellectual property rights is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
Rebuilt packages are new, independently generated works. Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute the rebuilt package in your own projects. BTNOMB retains no ownership interest in your rebuilt packages.
BTNOMB does not claim ownership of the original open source packages or their documentation. Original package names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Supply Chain Disclaimer
BTNOMB Cleanroom exists to reduce supply chain risk, not eliminate it. Rebuilt packages may contain bugs, behavioral differences from the original, or security issues. You are solely responsible for testing, auditing, and validating rebuilt packages before deployment. BTNOMB is not a substitute for your own security review process.
8. Your Data
We collect your email address to notify you when rebuilds are complete and for account-related communications. We do not sell your personal data. Submitted package URLs and rebuild metadata may be retained to improve the service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
